Garden Offices
Perfect if you WORK FROM HOME
Garden offices are well insulated throughout, double glazed and built on extra durable ground screw foundations. The rubber used on a flat roof office or the cedar shingles used on a pitch roof office both have a life expectancy of over 50 years.
This makes them a tidier, faster and more affordable alternative to a house extension. Just think of them as another part of your home.
Every garden office is built bespoke to your exact specifications; however, they are usually 3m x 2.4m (approximately) with glass doors and at least 2 windows to let in lots of light. They can be up to 3m in height (at the higher end) depending on the position within the garden.
Garden offices are clad in cedar, larch or various types of composite (such as wood grain or slatted in a wide selection of colours) making them durable and extra low maintenance whilst also looking amazing.
From £10,000
(Price does not include electrical work, this is quoted separately but usually carried out in conjunction with the rest of the build so it's sensible to allow for this.)
Completely
Bespoke Experience
Every build starts with a meeting to discuss your specific needs and design choices. Then we design your new building, from scratch, exactly to your unique specifications.

Always Environmentally Conscious
Careful planning during the design and ordering phases means that waste is negligible. We only use sustainable materials or those that have the smallest environmental impact.

A Decade Of Carpentry Experience
Before garden rooms I trained in structural carpentry and mainly built timber frame houses, extensions and loft conversions. Every project is built to last.

Priced
Unlike some competitors, we believe in a direct approach to pricing. Labour and materials are clearly separated and we do not charge any additional mark up or surprise costs.

Our Process
Step 1: Discussion
Get in touch for a free, no-obligation site visit. We'll assess your needs and discuss garden room size and style options.
Step 2: Design
After our meeting, a basic CAD model is created to estimate costs and visualize your garden room. We'll refine it until it's just right.
Step 3: Ordering
Once the design is finalised, materials are ordered and delivered directly to your site, securely stored, and managed by us.
Step 4: Base
For garden rooms on grass, durable and eco-friendly ground screws are installed. The base is then built, levelled, and weathered.
Step 5: Structure
This is when the walls and roof go up, giving you a first look at your garden room’s size and shape.
Step 6: Windows
Choose from aluminium or UPVC double-glazed doors and windows, ensuring a high-quality, fully watertight finish.
Step 7: Inside
Choose from ply, tongue and groove cladding, or plasterboard. Inside is then finished with your preferred flooring.
Step 8: Finishes
Select from composite, British Larch, or Cedar cladding to complete your build. Final electrical work is carried out by a trusted electrician.
